Function
As designer supervisor and checker, your job is to supervise a team of draftsmen and engineers.? Your first function is to assist the technical manager to supervise and to organize the job of the design team.? You will be also in charge of checking and controlling detail design made by design team.? The design consists of detail design drawings, list of documents and bill of material.
The supervisor or checker will report to technical manager and to project manager.

Profile and skills
University degree or engineering qualification, or above, is required.
Experience of minimum 10 years in mechanical design and leadership is requested.
The candidate should have experience in mechanical design and preferably in steel rolling mill design or hot-dip galvanizing line design.
The candidate will have some knowledge in field like pneumatic, hydraulic and electric.
In order to communicate with technical manager and project manager, good level of English is requested, capability to read and to write technical English document is a must.
Proficient at mechanical drawing, knowledge of Autocad is a must.? Office Word and Excel is required for this job.
Quality like responsibility, accuracy and discipline are requested for such function.

Function

As mechanical designer, you are integrated in a team to do mechanical detail design of equipment for steel industry processing line. You will be responsible to make detail design drawings, bill of material, selection of commercial pieces.
The designer will report to team leader and to technical manager.

We are looking for a designer who is a specialist of hydraulics and pneumatic equipment.
His work will include :
- selection of hydraulic and pneumatic sub-vendors and equipment :
- hydraulic stations
- hydraulic valves stands
- hydraulic motors
- pneumatic valves stands
- hydraulic cylinders
- pneumatic cylinders
- definition of the technical specifications of each equipment (in fact mainly adaptation to new projects or tenders based on existing spec and drawings)
- definition of the piping on machine and on site
- definition of the hydraulic and pneumatic schematics
- hydraulic and pneumatic drawings of sub-vendors integration in the main drawings
- price estimation
- enquiries to sub-vendors
- project co-ordination
etc.

Someone having experience in that field is a must.
A minimum knowledge of the English language is a must.
